渡过难关
●bring和take这两个词，都表示“拿、取、带”，但动作的方向正好相反。bring表示拿来、带来，take则表示拿走、带走。比如，带来你的字典“bring your dictionary”，带走你的雨伞“take your umbrella”。除了这个基本含义，bring可以表示引起变化“bring about the change”，回忆起过去“bring back my hometown”（回忆起家乡）。还可以表示“出版，推出新产品”，如出版社出书“bring out new books”，电脑公司推出新款电脑“bring out a new computer”。
●最重要的一个词组是养育“bring up”。既可以表达抚养长大，也可以表示教导。比如：抚养了三个孩子“bring up three children”，教导孩子尊敬老人“bring up children to respect the old”；教育得好用“well brought up”，教育得差用“badly brought up”。
